Opinion

In an action to recover damages for the death of plaintiff’s intestate, based upon the defendant’s alleged violation of section 483 of the Penal Law (endangering life or health of child), a verdict was rendered in favor of defendant. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Taylor, JJ.
