The Court of Appeals hereby passes the following order:

A12A2283. JAMES HONEYCUTT et al. v. ADVANCED STEEL TECHNOLOGY, INC.

This appeal was docketed on July 13, 2012. As set forth in Court of Appeals Rules 22 (a) and 23 (a), an appellant must file briefs and enumeration of errors within 20 days of the date of docketing of the appeal. Therefore, appellants’ brief and enumeration of errors were due no later than August 2, 2012. Appellants have neither filed a brief and enumeration of errors nor requested an extension of time in which to do so. Accordingly, appellee’s motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and this appeal is hereby DISMISSED.
