Opinion
Having considered the appellant’s response to this Court’s order, dated June 3, 2003, the Court has determined that the notice of appeal was not timely filed. Thus, the Court lacks jurisdiction to review the order on appeal. Accordingly, appellee’s motion to dismiss, filed May 28, 2003, is granted, and this appeal is hereby dismissed.
