Opinion

In re Marlene Jacobs, et al. applying for writ of certiorari, Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal. No. 9446. Parish of Orleans.

Writ granted. The judgment of the court of appeal is reversed. A Petition which demands damages for loss of future wages and for future pain and suffering includes damages for psychological and psy-choneurotic injuries. The case is remanded to the court of appeal for reconsideration.

SUMMERS, C. J., would not grant this hearing without the record and a hearing.
