viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the prevailing party, the findings of fact and conclusions of law are not clearly erroneous. V.R.C.P. 52; Collins v. Boudreau, 141 Vt. 129, 131, 446 A.2d 341 (1982); findings of fact are construed in support of the judgment, and all conflicting inferences are resolved in favor of the prevailing party, Villeneuve v. Town of Waterville, 141 Vt. 154, 156, 446 A.2d 358 (1982).
