Opinion
On authority of Bache Halsey Stuart Shields, Inc. v. Witous, 411 So.2d 1324 (Fla. 2d DCA 1982), we reverse the trial court’s order denying appellant’s interpleader motion for attorney’s fees and costs, and we remand for a hearing to determine the proper award of attorney fees and costs.
