Order of the County Court of Nassau county granting plaintiff’s motion to strike out answer and for judgment under rule 113, Rules of Civil Practice, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Close, JJ., concur.
