1 The Court DIRECTS the Clerk of Court to substitute Shawn Gillis, current Warden of Wheeler Correctional Facility - Petitioner’s place of incarceration at the time he filed his petition - as the proper Respondent. See Rule 2(a) of the Rules Governing § 2254 Cases in the United States District Courts; Fed. R. Civ. P. 25(d). Requests for extension of time to file objections shall be filed with the Clerk of Court for consideration by the undersigned. A party may not appeal this Report and Recommendation directly to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Appeals may be made only from a final judgment.
