LATTIMORE, Judge.

Conviction for transporting intoxicating liquor; punishment, one year in the penitentiary.

We find in the record appellant’s sworn ap-„ plication asking leave to dismiss his appeal. The request is granted.

The former opinion is withdrawn, and the appeal is dismissed.
