Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The petition seeking belated appeal is time-barred under the terms of Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.141(c)(4)(A) and is therefore denied. This disposition, [488]*488however, is without prejudice to the right of petitioner to challenge his sentence by filing an appropriate motion in the circuit court.
