We affirm on the authority of Schroeder v. Schroeder, 430 So.2d 604 (Fla. 4th DCA 1983), but without prejudice to the appellant to seek other applicable remedies, if any. See Davis v. Dieujuste, 496 So.2d 806, 809 (Fla.1986).
