In re: Mack Jackson applying for cer-tiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, Parish of Natchitoches. 308 So.2d 438.

Writ refused. On the facts found by Court of Appeal, there is no error of law.

BARHAM, J., is of opinion the writ should be granted. Comparative negligence under C.C. 2323 should be applied to •the case.
