Quinten L. JACKSON, Plaintiff--Appellant,
v.
Lieutenant COMPTON; Zanz, Correctional Officer II; Somers,
Correctional Officer II; Kiser, Correctional Officer II;
Richard A. Lanham, Sr.; Kenneth Taylor, Warden; Ralph
Logan, Chief of Security; R. Wilson, Captain, Defendants--Appellees.

No. 94-7328.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted April 20, 1995.
Decided June 22, 1995.

Quinten L. Jackson, Appellant Pro Se. John Joseph Curran, Jr., Attorney General, Glenn William Bell, OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY

GENERAL OF MARYLAND, Baltimore, Maryland, for Appellees.

Before WIDENER, WILKINSON, and WILKINS, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 (1988) complaint. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion, and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Jackson v. Compton, No. CA-94-704-WN (D. Md. Nov. 15, 1994).

We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
