So much of the decree of the surrogate as credits the administratrix with the sum of $1,120 paid Eleanor A. Bradt reversed, ■and proceedings remitted to the surrogate of Cayuga county, with instructions to amend his decree accordingly, and as so amended, lis decree is affirmed ; the costs of both parties on this appeal to be paid out of the fund.
