For the reasons given in the companion case, Douglas Jack v. Champion Insurance Co., et al., 93-583 (La.App. 3 Cir. 2/9/94), 640 So.2d 294, rendered this date, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed as amended.

AFFIRMED AS AMENDED.
