Opinion
Action for personal injuries. Plaintiff was struck by defendant’s automobile and thrown to the pavement, as she was crossing Fifty-seventh street at its intersection with Ninth avenue, Manhattan. Plaintiff was walking on the crosswalk and the green light was in her favor. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., Townley, Untermyer and Cohn, JJ.
