Opinion

Government contract. Upon an offer of settlement by the plaintiff, which was accepted by the defendant, and a stipulation entered into by the parties, and upon a report by a commissioner of the court recommending judgment in accordance therewith, and on plaintiff’s motion for judgment, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered in the sum of $15,000.
