Opinion
The appellant neither appeared nor filed a brief prior to the date fixed for the submission of this case. Such failure is deemed, under Rule VII, Section 5(b), Uniform Rules of the Courts of Appeal as revised July 1, 1963, 8 LSA-R.S., an abandonment of the appeal. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed at appellant’s costs.
Appeal dismissed.
