PER CURIAM.

After careful consideration of the arguments made by appellants both in their briefs and in their oral argument, and after exhaustive review of the record in this case, we find no merit to the appeal. Ap-pellee’s petition for appellate attorney fees is GRANTED in the amount of $4,200, to be paid by appellants.
