ORDER On Jun 29, 2022, this court issued an opinion and judgment. On July 14, 2022, Appellee filed an unopposed motion for extension of time to file a motion for rehearing and a motion for en banc reconsideration until August 15, 2022. See TEX. R. APP. P. 49.9. Appellee’s motion for extension of time is granted. Appellee’s motions are due to be filed with this court by August 15, 2022.
