PER CURIAM.

Stay granted. Enforcement of the orders dated November 22, 2002 are stayed pending further orders of this court. Within seven days of the date of this Or[1289]*1289der, relator is ordered to file a supplemental brief in this court setting forth the status of its appeal. Further, the presiding juvenile court judge is ordered to file, within ten days of the date of this Order, a Per Curiam setting forth his reasons for entering the orders dated November 22, 2002.
