Inmon v. State, Florida Parole Commission

948 So. 2d 814, 2007 Fla. App. LEXIS 80, 2007 WL 29256
District Court of Appeal of Florida·Decided January 5, 2007·No. No. 1D06-1798·Published

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from an order denying a petition for writ of mandamus and denying a motion contesting the lien imposed on appellant’s prison account. We affirm without discussion the denial of the petition for writ of mandamus, but reverse the order imposing the lien. See Schmidt v. Crusoe, 878 So.2d 361 (Fla.2003); Banks v. [815]*815McDonough, 943 So.2d 851 (Fla. 1st DCA 2006).

ALLEN and WOLF, JJ., ERVIN, III, RICHARD W., Senior Judge, concur.
