Per Curiam.

This writ must issue in the county where thejudg ment was rendered. You have no occasion to petition for it, as it is a writ of right, gran table ex debito justiti.ee. File your errors in the clerk’s office at Pli/mouih, and take out your writ of course If [137]*137you insert the assignment of errors in your scire facias, you may probably have a decision at the first term.
