ORDER WITHDRAWING DECISION

In the Matter of the Application of Stephen Joseph Koper for Admission to the Practice of Law (S53008). The court's opinion and decision filed on April 27, 2006 (340 Or 461) is withdrawn, and the matter is remanded to the Board of Bar Examiners for a character review proceeding pursuant to RFA 9.60(7).
