Notice and Order directing Respondent to provide reasons against the imposition of

reciprocal discipline, Joseph Cicala is disbarred from the practice of law in the

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Respondent shall comply with the provisions of

Pa.R.D.E. 217.
