Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The issue presented in this case has already been decided by this court in R.A.H. v. State, 614 So.2d 1189 (Fla. 1st DCA 1993). Accordingly, we reverse the order on appeal and remand this matter to the lower tribunal with directions to discharge the appellant on the charge of escape.
