MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant, W.M., perfected this appeal from the trial court's order terminating his

parental rights to his children, P.M., A.M., and K.M.1 Pending before this Court is

W.M.'s Motion to Dismiss Appeal, in which he represents that he no longer wishes to

pursue this appeal. Without passing on the merits of the case, the motion is granted

and the appeal is dismissed. Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1). Having dismissed the appeal
