Accordingly, the trial court still has jurisdiction over this matter and Appellant’s EMERGENCY MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE A DISCRETIONARY PURSUANT TO RULE 16 in the above-styled case is hereby DENIED.
