PER CURIAM.

The judgment and sentence appealed from is affirmed in all respects except that the assessment of a fee of $100 for the public defender is stricken because it was not entered in accordance with law. See Turner v. State, 431 So.2d 1017 (Fla. 4th DCA 1983).
