Opinion

DAUKSCH, Judge:

The Order denying the Motion to Suppress is reversed on the authority of State v. Lundy, 334 So.2d 671 (Fla.4th DCA 1976) and the matter is remanded to discharge the Appellant.

REVERSED and REMANDED with direction.

MAGER, C. J., and ALDERMAN, J., concur.
