MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellant appealed from a judgment relating to a probate proceeding.
The parties have settled their disputes through mediation. Appellant has filed a motion to dismiss the appeal pursuant to the agreement of the parties. The motion is signed by Appellant and her counsel.
The motion to dismiss is granted. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
