Hatfield, Judge,

delivered the opinion of the court:

This is an appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office affirming the decision of the Primary [1040]*1040Examiner rejecting all of the claims, 1 to 5, inclusive, in appellants’ application for a patent for an alleged invention relating to “Dyestuffs of the Anthraquinone Series,” and more particularly to “new diacidylamino triant.hrimides.”

Claims 1 to 4, inclusive, define appellants’ dyestuffs, whereas, claim 5 is directed to the process of preparing the same.
