[978]*978OPINION OF THE COURT

On the Court’s own motion, it is determined that Honorable William F. Wray is suspended, with pay, effective immediately from his office of Town Justice of the Town of Clarkstown, Rockland County, pursuant to NY Constitution, article VI, § 22 (f), (g) and Judiciary Law § 44 (8) (b), (c).
