In re: Woodard, John A.; — Plaintiffs); Applying for Permission to Apply to Take the Louisiana Bar Exam;

Granted. Petitioner is allowed to take the Louisiana State Bar Examination in February, 1999. Within fifteen days of notification that he has satisfactorily passed this examination, petitioner may file a brief with this court explaining the details of the complaint filed against him.
