PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED
On May 18, 2026, relator, Windmill Water Supply Corporation, filed its petition for writ
of mandamus seeking to enjoin trial of the underlying matter, which was set to begin that same
day. The petition was not accompanied by a separate motion to stay. Having considered the petition
and accompanying record, this court has determined that Windmill has not established that it is
entitled to the relief requested. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). The petition for writ of mandamus is
denied.
