Denied. See Supreme Court Rule XVII, Section 4(C). Moreover, should petitioner timely file an application to sit for a future bar examination, he remains subject to all conditions set forth in our July 21, 2010 order in In re: Wimberley, 10-1691 (La.7/21/10), 39 So.3d 595.
