PER CURIAM.

The order appealed from should be modified by reducing the several allowances granted to the following amoimts: To Mr. Arthur Berry, the sum of $3,500; to Mr. Emanuel W. Bloomingdale, the sum of $3,500; to" Mr. Edward B. Whitney, the sum of $2,300; and to Annie Fennell, as executrix of John Fennell, deceased, the sum of $1,-200. As so modified, the order should be. affirmed, without costs.
