The appeal herein must be dismissed, on the ground that the printed appeal papers do not contain all the papers recited in the order of surrogate, unless the appellant elects to accept and use as part of the record the printed copies of those papers referred to in the respondent’s notice of motion. See 64 N. Y. Supp. 1150, 1151.
