[899]*899OPINION OF THE COURT
On the court’s own motion, it is determined that this court’s May 1, 1986 suspension of Honorable Samuel Weinberg from his office of Judge of the Civil Court of the City of New York, pursuant to NY Constitution, article VI, § 22 (í), (g) and Judiciary Law § 44 (8) (b), (c) shall be continued, without pay, effective immediately.
