On the court’s own motion, it is determined that Honorable Samuel Weinberg is suspended, with pay, effective immediately, from his office of Judge of the Civil Court of the City of New York, pursuant to NY Constitution, article VI, § 22 (f), (g) and Judiciary Law § 44 (8) (b), (c).
