Opinion

Motion by petitioner, James W. Weber, to vacate order disbarring him as an attorney at law, and for reinstatement as a member of the Bar. Based upon the report of the Character Committee for the Tenth Judicial District, approving the character and fitness of the petitioner, the motion is granted; the prior order of disbarment is vacated; and petitioner is reinstated as an attorney and counselor at law. Beldoek, Acting P. J., Ughetta, Kleinfeld, Christ and Pette, JJ., concur.
