Opinion

Per Curiam.

Respondent was admitted to practice by this Court in 1967. He maintained an office for the practice of law in the City of Schenectady, Schenectady County, where he currently resides.

In his amended answer, respondent has admitted to the acts of professional misconduct contained in the petition of charges stemming from his role as power of attorney and attorney for his deceased aunt.
