Respondent, in the Supreme Court, county of Westchester, has been adjudged guilty of the crime of grand larceny in the first degree. The crime being a felony, his disbarment necessarily follows. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Kapper, Hagarty, Carswell and Scudder, JJ.
