MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator Tracy Brown filed a petition for writ of mandamus complaining of Judge Storey’s order denying Brown’s motion to dismiss.[1]

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus.  Any pending motions are dismissed as moot.
