In re: Eddie Morrison, Jr., Mrs. Annie Bell Morrison Knighten, Preston Eugene Morrison and Mrs. Billie Mae Morrison Neal, and Mrs. Barbara Morrison Harrell, applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of East Baton Rouge, 312 So.2d 130.
It is ordered that the writ of review issue ; that the Court of Appeal send up the record in duplicate of the case; and that counsel for plaintiff and defendant be notified.
