[No. 1.] Matter referred to Hon. Burt Jay Humphrey, official referee, to hear and to report with his opinion. [No. 2.] Motion to dismiss proceeding denied. The official referee will pass upon the matter of a bill of particulars. Motion as to limitation of time granted to the extent of providing that the proceeding be limited to all acts since January 1, 1930. [No. 3.] Motion to strike out separate defenses denied.
