Opinion

Decree of the Surrogate’s Court of Kings county reversed, and new trial granted, with costs to abide the event, on the ground that the verdict of the jury and the decision of the learned surrogate are against the weight of the evidence. Jenks, P. J., Mills, Rich, Blaekmar and Jayeox, JJ., concur.
