Opinion

In this probate proceeding the Surrogate of Queens County directed a verdict admitting the will to probate. The objectant appeals from the decree entered thereon. Decree unanimously affirmed, with costs, payable out of the ■ estate. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Adel, Wenzel, Schmidt and Beldock, JJ. [See 283 App. Div. 713.]
