Opinion

Appeal from a decree of the Surrogate’s Court, Suffolk County, granting the application of a distributee to vacate, as to her, a decree of said court admitting a will to probate and to file objections to such probate. Decree affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion.
