Opinion

In a probate proceeding, the appeal is by the contestant from an order of the Surrogate’s Court, Queens County, denying appellant’s motion to vacate his default after denial of Ms application for an adjournment of the hearing on the objections. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion.
